He is an expert in dealing with regulations of Foreign exchange management act (FEMA), Reserve Bank of India, Income tax Act, Securities and Exchange board of India, Customs etc and has experience in delaing with all size of clients.

Director, is a Certified Public Accountant (US) by profession, is associated with the BPO industry for the last three years. During this tenure, he has experience of working with some of the reknown BPO companies. He has got a very wide experience in dealing with offshore clients and understanding their requirements. He did outsourced assignments pertaining to Payroll processing, Bookkeeping and accounts maintenance, Accounts finalization, Tax planning and preparation of returns, Reconciliation services, Accounts payable and receivable management, Setting up of systems and System audit, Setting up and monitoring Internal controls, SOX compliance, Corporate restructuring, Due diligence etc.
He also has experience in training of the staff, liaisoning with the clients and other authorities and taking lectures. He looks after the BPO and KPO segment of the company.
Sunny Shah, Director, is a Chartered Accountant by profession and has got experience of 4 years in the vertical of Investment advisory. Based on the need of the client, he spells out the options available and gets the best investment avenue for the client. He has built a very strong investment advisory team under his supervision which interacts with the clients. He has set procedures and rules of investing which is followed uniformly by the company. His advise takes into considerations all aspects such as tax benefit, liquidity, risk, diversification etc.
He is very quick learner with excellent analytical skills. He is very passionate about is work and loves to lead from the front. He serves the clients not only as a trusted advisor, but also as a valuable friend keeping the individual needs of clients in the forefront.
